Equality.

I feel that because of my injury taking so much away from me, I’m not equal to other guys.  My ex girl-friends say “that’s all in my head”, although I think it’s my choice. For the last 5 years now I have been building myself into a better person.  I started my mightywheels.ca blog to help people when I still lived in Innisfail, Alberta, and that was definitely longer than 5 years. Since then I’ve been taking numerous super achiever courses and classes, and I even have had a coach from Harvard University.  I have done this to be better than I was the day before — I hope I have achieved my goal.

A major goal of mine is to influence others through my motivational speaking. I want to show that regardless of my injury, that I still have the ability to motivate and inspire others. I feel I have a unique perspective on the challenges faced by those who use wheels to get around day-to-day.
