In my school notes it says to keep a Journal to be happy

Keeping a journal will help you to analyze yourself, understand your emotions, and improve your relationships, work, etc. It’s a great way to connect with yourself in a new way and checking back to see your improvements always bring a smile to my face.

Live your life to its fullest and be more of a person of value, share your knowledge, motivation, and help to inspire all, it’s something I just love to do!
